Thomas already stole my thunder on this one, but a lot of progress has been made since that post. It still isn't done, but it's approaching usable (note: approaching, not reached quite yet imho). I just 'finished' colour-category support today, where unique (but determinate) colours are assigned to each category, automatically. Also, Marcin's post had some nasty comments on digg about the OpenMoko theme (which I mostly disagree with), so to show that it's all academic at this stage anyway, I've taken some screenshots in Clearlooks. Enjoy:

Not bad!
I especially like the colors. What shades are you using? It looks like "not orange and black" -- that's my favorite!

It looks really good - forgive me if this is a stupid question, but that window isn't 640x480 (aspect ratio isn't right - looks more like widescreen)...
you're building this for the next openmoko (http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/HXD8) phone aren't you?!?
actually, mostly just kidding - I was just curious what section condensed on a standard 4:3 aspect ratio - I would guess the timeslots section -- how many hours are still viewable at once 640x480?
Thanks in advance - looks really good. I am getting a lot more excited by the UI of openmoko.
Any comments?
